Grove Park Conservatives are celebrating, following the election of their new Councillor Hilary Downes, who took the remaining Labour seat in the ward by with a majority of 125.
An experienced caseworker, Hilary joins the existing Conservative team of Cllrs. Barrie Anderson and David Britton.
Hilary said "This result shows that the people of Grove Park wanted a clear break with Labour and I look forward to working with my two highly experienced colleagues to tackle the many issues raised by local people during this campaign."
